Q: Why is your quality superior to others?

A: Here at Cygnus Wears we take quality very seriously. We not only use premium quality fabrics but any other materials like inks, threads, trim that are used to make your apparels are of the highest quality.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: Orders in smaller quantities can be more expensive due to the fact there are certain costs that are fixed. We recommend our customers to order 15 or more pieces per style. We can do smaller orders but bear in mind that the shipping charges and other fixed costs will make such orders cost substantially more.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are 50 percent down when you place the order, with the balance due prior to shipping. All orders must be paid in full before any merchandise ships.
We accept direct bank payments to our company account (preferred). We also accept Western Union, PayPal.
